LCCS is owned and operated by Victor Reis.

I have been using computers for over 12 years and have greatly enjoyed the challenges that technology has presented to me on an almost daily basis. 

Ken Ladds, the founder of LCCS and my personal mentor, encouraged me in my motivation to gain an education and experience in the computer industry.  Later, as the Network Administrator for a private English school, I had the opportunity to further develop both creative and practical problem-solving skills while working with a wonderful group of people.

In my experience, it has become important to me that people have access to reliable, useful and affordable information and service for all of their computer needs.
